Beautiful, light double bedroom in Ladbroke Grove

I am looking for a mature female to share my flat with.
The room has a double bed and a large steel clothes rail and drawers, suitable for someone who doesn't have a lot of things.
The flat is on the second floor of the building and is always very quiet and clean.
The kitchen has a washing machine and all mod cons and use of everything. Also included is household cleaning, toilet paper, hand wash, bin liners things like that.
The bathroom has a hand held shower only for now.
My home is always clean and tidy and has a peaceful atmosphere.
I have a dining area in my living room which is open for you to eat your meals if you choose, however I do work from home most days so the living room is not open to use while im there however I will be travelling from time to time which on those times is open for you use if you wish to do so.
I am looking for someone who is grounded and is naturally organised and tidy. Who is confident in speaking their mind so there are no grey areas if things arise that dont suit each other so we can work things out.
Someone who has a daytime job (does not work from home) that you have a routine that you rise early and usually come’s home at a decent hour generally not a party person on monday - Friday’s.
I'm seeking to find someone that has a similar lifestyle and values which are similar to myself.
I don't drink so I'd prefer to live with someone who doesn't drink alcohol or only occasionally.
I am a generous and compassionate person and looking for someone who is pretty much the same and prefers their privacy and respects others as well.
I am willing to consider a younger person if they are mature in there life style. :))
