Room in trendy flat just off of Portobello Road

Hi there,

I have a room I need to fill in a two bed flat, less than a five-minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station.

It's a fairly small room but a nice flat with a large living area and bathroom. It currently doesn't have a bed in the room (a single or small double would go nice in the room and provide more space). The room has nice large wardrobe/closet and plenty of cupboard space and shelves.

My current flatmate, unfortunately, had to leave, before the end of the years tenancy (which ends 28th May) so looking to fill the room. Option to then look at the contract/renew at the end of the current one.

I'm a single, 33 year old freelance filmmaker so don't really work set hours. Sometimes I can be out a lot filming or working away, other times I can be home a lot with just editing to do. I'm very chilled, tidy and respectful.

I'm very easygoing and laid back and of course love films. I like my own space, but equally, I like to be sociable now and again. There's a TV, PS5 and plenty of Blu Rays in the lounge which I encouraged my current flatmate to make use of and would so again.

I drive and so have my car parked outside but another permit can be obtained if you have a car.

It'd be nice to have someone who's up for the odd sociable day or night (be that staying in or going out somewhere) but who also enjoys some alone time or peace and quiet.

The flat has a nice kitchen and bathroom and the neighbours are all very nice, quiet and easy to get along with.

Portobello Road is right around the corner, I'm still fairly new to the area myself so I'm sure there's alot I've still yet to discover in the area.

The rent and all bills (except for Council Tax), including high-speed Virgin Fibre works out at £760 and would probably be best suited to a working professional, although someone also working in the Film/TV industry would be great!
