Hello Potential Future Flatmates,

My names Jody, I’m a 28 year old marketing professional with a lovely cockapoo doggie.
I am looking for two flatmates to live with my dog and I as my current flatmates are returning to Australia.

The property is a 3 bedroom flat located in a quiet residential area in an ideal location. Only a 14 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station and a 15 minutes walk from Notting Hill.

The flat has a spacious bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. A shared living room, perfect for relaxing or dining. A kitchen equipped with all the usual appliances: fridge freezer, washer dryer, oven/grill, cooker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedroom one is £770 per month
Small double bedroom
Double bed, chest of drawers, side table all included
The room has a small built in storage space for clothes and items

Bedroom 2 is £860 per month
Double bed, spacious room, small built in storage space
Chest of drawers and desk included

Bills are approximately £130 per month each (council tax, gas, water, electricity, internet)

We also have our private garden which is great in the summertime.

About you:
The ideal flatmates would be a working professionals between the ages of 25 to 37.
You would be considerate, friendly and love dogs as I have a dog.

You would be hygienic and clean as it is important to me and to the landlord for the flat to be kept clean.

I want to live in a peaceful environment where everyone living in it gets on, respects each other and their space, but also makes time to have a chat or hang out from time to time.
