Large room for rent in Ladbroke Grove/Notting Hill

Hi,

We have a large room available for short term rent in Ladbroke Grove/Notting Hilll.

My friend Isa and I are currently living in the flat and have the lease until 8th July. We're looking for someone to come and stay with us until then.

Isa is from Mexico and is a sweetie. My name's Andoni, and I'd like to consider myself to be a relaxed, happy person. Lola the dog hangs out sometimes too.
The vibe of the house is a fun, chilled out one. It would be great in whoever came it could keep that going.

The flat is a really pretty, airy and light downstairs flat with a front and back garden (the back garden is behind a locked gate).
The room in question is especially bright nd airy as it faces out onto the south facing front garden.
It's a 10 minute walk from Portobello market, and also the same to Ladbroke Grove tube station.
There's a little park right in front of the house with an outdoor gym, table tennis table, tennis courts. We're also just up the road from the swimming pool.
The grand union canal is just behind as well, which especially for an cyclists is a fast and pretty way to get into town.
