We are looking for someone to join our three bed maisonette in Ladbroke Grove, just off Portobello Road. The double room shares a bathroom with one other, is available from the end of Feb/beginning of March! Looking for long term rental.
Dee has been on the property for three years, and is moving out to move into her own place.
You will be living with Martha 31, Irish and living here for almost two years. She works in the life science and creative industry. She wfh, enjoy discovering restaurants and bakeries around the area as welll as travel and cinema.
You will also be living with Maire, Irish, 32 who works as a Sommelier in Mayfair.
We are a warm and friendly household and enjoy a dinner out now and again or a cosy evening with wine, whilst also respecting each others personal space and time. We are therefore looking for someone to call this place home as we consider it to be.
The flat itself is a top floor flat set over three floors, with the main communal area at the top of the property. We are blessed to have two terraces, one on each side which bring in lots of natural light all year round.
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities: brand new oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, air fryer and all appliances you would ever need!
The room is a medium double room looking out to the back of the flat. It has built in storage and a shared bathroom with one other.
The area:
We are located on the back of Portobello Road with lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and independent shops a stones throw away. We are a 7 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove tube station and two minutes from buses: 52, 452, 23, 70, 295 and 316.
Costs:
The rent is £1,010 per month, excluding bills which roughly come to about £110-140 depending the season.
The deposit for the room is £936
