Double bedroom in a lovely quiet street apartment

I have a double bedroom to offer that suits someone with a holistic, healthy and peaceful lifestyle, ideally also vegetarian. The apartment is on the second floor of a victorian house. You would share it with me but I’m often absent so you would have loads of days of privacy. The flat is recently renovated and in a great, clean condition. The room would be offered to someone I can build real trust with and feel like we have life-views in common, in order to save us both trouble later. Washing machine and dishwasher included.
