Flat is large, clean and sunny: period house with high ceilings on a treelined street, 10 mins to Ladbroke Grove tube, 5 mins to Latimer Road tube.

Great garden, exclusive use, very peaceful, secure street.
Sought-after location, Brewster Gardens / North Ken / Royal Borough of Ken and Chelsea / Portobello & Ladbroke Grove neighbourhood.
Near everything, but in a very peaceful and leafy street. Private / not overlooked; little park at the end of the street.

It's a large, 2-bedroom ground-floor flat / has been refurbed, freshly painted etc.
Flat-share is with me: male, work in film production, looking for professional, educated, preferably creative, cool, person.

Prefer a male flatmate, apart from that I'm not uptight about anything really, so no problem if you like to dress up in a tiger costume or whatever...

Real wooden floors throughout / high ceilings / fibre-optic, whizzy broadband / lovely sitting-room that opens onto the garden / large kitchen / rain-head shower / bath / new washing machine / loads of storage space & spare bedding etc..
I'm away sometimes so then the flatmate will have the place to themselves.

Unlike some flats lately - where the shared space is often turned into extra bedrooms - the place has a great sitting room.
Bedroom's a medium-sized double and has a wardrobe, great new bed with storage underneath, a built-in desk, own separate garden access, high ceilings, period detail etc..
All-in, absolutely no bills, no council tax, everything included in rent etc..
