It does have the apartment's boiler in it, which does make an audible but not very loud noise when the hot water is running, which is why the room is going for significantly lower than the local rate.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Latimer Road Station and 10 minutes walk from Ladroke Grove Station. It is only a couple minutes from the pleasant Kensington Memorial Park and a 10 minute walk from the refreshing Wormwood Scrubs naturefields. It is also a 10 minute walk from Portobello Market and around 20 minutes from Westfields Shepherd's Bush.

Both rooms have large traditional victorian windows which capture plenty of natural light and look out onto a small green area, paralleling the branches of some lovely London Plane trees.

There is a medium-smallish sized kitchen and a large bathroom available for shared use. The rent is inclusive of all utilities and broadband.

There are a few considerations for potential tenants, alcohol is not allowed in the residence, and the current renter requests that other tenants avoiding keeping or cooking pork in the communal kitchen, the renter also has two cats (that are kept in his own room) so new potential tenants would have to be pet friendly.
