Friendly Flatmate Wanted for a Cozy Flat

Hi! I’m Anna.

My flatmate Claudia is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take her room in our lovely flat. Claudia and I have known each other since school and have been living here for the past year, working hard to make it a cozy and welcoming space, especially during the darker winter months.

About the flat: It’s a two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat with a small balcony that we used as much as possible throughout the seasons. There’s also a shared living room/dining room and a separate kitchen. Additionally, there’s extra storage space in the attic, perfect for keeping any bulky items out of the way.

About Me: I’m currently doing my Master’s in Architecture and working part-time. I’m a bubbly and social person who enjoys spending time with friends, but I also value my own space to recharge when needed.

What I’m Looking For: I’d love to find someone who is not just a flatmate but a friend! I enjoy doing things together—whether it’s a fitness class, a pub quiz, a hike, or a cozy movie night in. While I’m past my full-on party days, we did host dinners with friends every now and then.

That said, as life can be busy, I am looking for someone who feels at home but also enjoys doing their own thing.
