I am looking for two new flatmates to join a three bed maisonette in Ladbroke Grove, just off Portobello Road. The double room shares a bathroom with one and the larger room has an en-suite. Both rooms are available immediately!

You will be living with me Dee, I’ve been on the property for two years, 35 and work in corporate events in the city and for the most part im back in the office for most of the week, with a few days WFH. I love to cook and a major foodie so enjoy being to be out and about exploring London with friends, enjoy the gym, there are so many options on our doorstep and love to travel in my spare time

The current tenants are leaving as one was made redundant recently and the other is moving in with family.

The house has always been a warm and friendly household and enjoy a dinner out now and again or a cosy evening with wine, whilst also respecting each others personal space and time. I am therefore looking for someone to call this place a home and interested in a long term let

The flat itself is a top floor flat set over three floors, with the main communal area at the top of the property. We are blessed to have two terraces, one on each side which bring in lots of natural light all year round.

The kitchen is equipped with all amenities: oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, air fryer and all appliances you would ever need!

One room is a medium double room looking out to the back of the flat. It has built in storage and a shared bathroom with one other.

The other bedroom is a spacious double en-suite with fantastic storage and spacious wardrobe.

The area:
We are located on the back of Portobello Road with lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and independent shops a stones throw away. We are a 7 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove tube station and two minutes from buses: 52, 452, 23, 70, 295 and 316. Big Sainsbury’s five minutes away.

Costs:
The rent for the double is £1,033.50 per month, excluding bills which roughly come to about £100-£130 depending the season. Deposit is £936.

The second en-suite room is £1,325 per month, excluding bills which roughly come to about £100-£130 depending the season. Deposit: £15,88.
