TRANSPORT

The flat is very well located – 8-min walk to Ladbroke Grove, 6-min walk to Portobello Road Market which give access to lots of restaurants, pubs and cafes, and bus stops basically at doorstep.

Within 10 mins walk, you get to Tesco, a huge Sainsbury’s, Asian supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, gym, community library etc. I work in Central London and take Hammersmith & City or Circle lines, and they’re lovely, usually not busy and quite clean, plus people are chic!

FLATMATE

You will be sharing kitchen, bathroom and toilet with my two flatmates who are IC student and young professional respectively, aged between 23-28 years old. They are clean and respective. The flat is quite low maintenance, also with cleaners coming regularly.

PRICING
£300 per week or £50 per day including all bills. It's available between 30/12/2025 - 21/01/2026. Shorter period letting is considered.

I have lived in the flat for over a year now and loved it, especially the location and the environment, very lively atmosphere and green. As I am on a holiday for about three weeks, I am looking for someone for a short stay in my room, especially for those would like to spend New Year's Eve and first bit of the new year in London :) 🌳
