Double room in centrally heated cottage with suntrap garden. Fully equipped kitchen with free use of washing and drying machine. Quiet, safe location but close to Portobello Road, Notting Hill and hundreds of bars, shops & restaurants. Also very close to a sports centre with a gym, London’s largest indoor climbing, football and tennis courts. Own fridge in the room and a cleaner that cleans the common parts once a week, included in the rent.
Great transport links - on several bus routes and just a short walk to the Hammersmith & City Line tube, Zone 2.
The room is only £1040 per month, including all bills, based on a three month contract. We just ask for a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent.
