🏡About the room: The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, and large built in wardrobe, it’s £775 plus usually about £100 in utilities. You’d be sharing a large bathroom with two other people.

☕️About the area: The flat is a 7 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove station. We’re also a 5 minute walk to Portobello Market and Golbourne Road, which is lovely on the weekends for the market! It’s nice and quiet but there’s still plenty to do. In terms of amenities, there’s a giant Sainsbury’s nearby, plenty of smaller shops, and tons of coffee shops.

🌸About us: There are four of us, we’re all late twenties. We all work in different sectors, Aoife is a speech and language therapist, Catrina in finance, Bryony an accountant, and Anna works in cultural analysis. We’re a sociable house but also value our alone time, we all have different hobbies, but our general interests are things like gym/pilates classes, gardening, painting, drinking wine/eating chocolate. Two of us work hybrid so we’re at home around 3 days per week. We’re not a big party flat, we do occasionally have friends over for dinner, but nothing very late.

🫶What we’re looking for:
- a gal who fits within our age range 27+
- Clean and conscious of shared spaces (one of us has an allergy so the kitchen being clean is really important)
- Someone looking to be here long-term (i. e no short term sublets please), we’ve been here for a few years and are looking for someone who really wants to make this their home
- No couples, no pets, no smokers please
- Someone who is down to go to the local pub with us or hang in our garden during the summer - we’re looking for a friend, not just a housemate!
