Just to add though the only two bills for coal to heat the place. Probably £30 per week but only for the first couple months then it'll be way less. There's a washing machine but the generator needs be ran to power it. This costs £1 per minute in petrol.
Water is free via sophisticated reverse osmosis filter but needs to be replenished running the generator every month for an hour. (Easy just flick a button)
The boiler needs a service but gas engineer coming to sort asap
