🏡 The flat: Second-floor, two-bedroom, one bathroom flat with an open-plan living area. The room is big, bright, and furnished with a bed and wardrobe, plus a desk and chest of drawers if you want them (happy to remove if not).
👯♀️ Your roommate: You’ll be sharing with a 29-year-old Australian working professional who’s super easy-going and sociable. She works as an account manager at a tech company and WFH around 2 days a week.
📍 Location: 5-minute walk to Portobello Road; 2 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove Station (Hammersmith & Circle); and Sainsbury’s and Tesco on your doorstep.
📆 Tenancy: Looking for a working professional aged 25–32 who can meet landlord requirements to take over the lease (right to rent check etc.,).
