Bright, spacious, furnished double room with single beds ( can convert to a double) in modern Notting Hill, London flat available. Short term is perfect, or long term’ish is ok. Council tax and bills are all included in the rent of £1100 (£253pw for short term)
Sharing with a family so might suit someone who travels or just needs a short term london base.

It’s over looking gardens. It’s furnished with single beds and a large 4 door fitted modern wardrobe.

We use one of the wardrobes and space underneath bed for the children’s toys.
The brand new kitchen also has a washing machine, dryer and microwave. The brand new white tiled bathroom has both a shower and a bath. Situated in North Kensington in a very quiet cul de sac, it’s a very clean, warm and cosy flat with lots of light.

It has great transport links to central London and beyond: 10 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove tube or Latimer Rd tube and 15 minutes to White City tube.
Portobello Road Market is a 10 min walk and Westfield shopping mall is 15min walk with lots of shops and restaurants and people to watch. The large Sainsbury's superstore is a 10-15 min walk. The local park with new tennis courts is a 2 minute walk. Virgin Active gym is a 10 min walk.

You’ll be sharing with me, a busy professional female with young children. I’m preferably looking for, a professional female, someone clean and considerate, a non-smoker who is friendly and very independent. We are very welcoming.

The furnished room is now available. Short term or longer term is ok. It’s probably not a super long term option for someone looking for a year or two option.

The rent of £1100 (£253pw approx) for the room includes council tax, all utility bills and unlimited wireless internet connection. This price reflects a short term option with bills included.
