Room in bright flat, 6 mins to Ladbroke Grove

Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in a two bed flat on St Quintin Avenue. It's just me here, so no crowded house share.

The room is a comfortable double, painted a soft sage green, with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Window looks out onto the trees.

The flat is on the third floor of a red brick Victorian building on a corner, so it gets light most of the day. There's a small balcony off the living room which is the best bit in summer. Living room is big enough for a proper sofa setup and a dining table that seats six. Separate kitchen, bathroom with a bath and shower.

St Quintin Avenue is one of the quieter streets around here, wide and tree lined, and you get a good sunset from the front. Ladbroke Grove and Latimer Road tubes are both about 6 minutes on foot, with shops and a few good pubs nearby.

About me: I'm 23, Italian, software engineer at a bank in the City. Hybrid, so I'm around the flat a couple of days a week. Tidy without being precious about it, up for a chat and a beer in the evening but not looking to live in each other's pockets.

Ideally a professional, someone looking long term rather than a few months.
