Double bedroom Notting Hill

Hi all,

We are two female professionals and friends living in a gorgeous house in Notting Hill. As our flatmate of us is moving out end of March, we have a beautiful double bedroom available in our flat in Notting Hill/Ladbroke Grove.

The flat consists of three floors with three bedrooms, decent sized kitchen and a large living/dining room area.

The area speaks for itself, 5 minutes walk from Portobello road's trendy bars and restaurants, close to Ladbroke Grove tube station and plenty of options for shopping nearby. Virgin Active gym is only across the road and its also not far to take a walk to lovely Holland Park.

Please get in touch if you’re interested. Female professionals preferred, a proof of employment will be requested. No students please. Minimum age 30. Deposit is to be paid upfront (would be placed in DPS scheme).

Note that the price of the room does not include the bills. The room is available from 1t April 2022 but if the preference is by mid March an alternative day can also be negotiated.
