Hi, I am the proud owner of this fantastic apartment which I will only be living in on Tuesday and Wednesday night. I spend the rest of the week in Wales with my family and work late every night when I’m in london, so this flat will pretty much be all yours all week.

When I’m not there I’m happy for you to use my room as an overspill if you have guests over for a weekend. I also take quite a lot of holidays in the year which means the flat is yours pretty much most of the time!

It has an attic room too which is empty so if you have friends or family staying over in the week you have plenty of room for guests. The current tennats actually live in the attic room and use their main room as their guest room.

It's the larger ensuite room you would be taking with a king size bed and walk through wardrobe and built in wardrobes too. It's perfect for couples who want to invite friends over to stay. The flat will be freshly painted once the curent tennats leave and comes fully furnished with high spec kit; Smeg appliances in the kitchen, 50 inch plasma, Nattuzzi electric couch, and unlimited fiber optic broad band. It has smart home technology and is extreemly well insulated so has relatvely low bills in the winter. Also excellent sunlight and plenty of storage space in the flat and downstairs.

New gym and pool opened right across the road - Moberley Sports centre, so handy to have so close. Kensal Rise is the local area which is fantastic.
