Double bedroom in 3 bed flat

Hi guys, my gf's best mate is leaving the country, therefore needs a new Flatmate . The room is spacious with great links to central London. 3 minutes walk from Ladywell station . Trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross take about 10 minutes . 10 minutes walk from Lewisham station for the dlr, trains every 2 minutes . Greenwich park is 5 minutes away on dlr or 10 cycling .A bit about myself , I’m 30 years old. Happy, active individual. I enjoy dinner parties and guitar sessions as often as can. I’m looking for somebody easy going, tidy and chilled . Home should feel like home to everybody so we tend to be quite close. The flat is empty most of the time, since we are traveling a lot .
