Area - It is in a really green neighbourhood, Hilly Fields Park is 2 min walk while Ladywell Fields is 5 min. There are 4 fast food shops (fish and chips, fried chicken, kebab and Chinese), 2 barbers, a beauty salon and an Italian restaurant called Mama Dough and much more! Brockley is also just 10 min away by walking.

It also has easy access to Central and East London, (via Ladywell station) usually takes around 20-25 minutes to get to Charing Cross and 15-20 minutes to Shoreditch (from Brockley station which is 10 min walk from the flat). It is also close to New Cross and Goldsmiths (15-20 min by bus or half an hour by walking)
