The room is a generous size and has its own built-in wardrobe which is massive. This has a floor to ceiling mirror and comes with a bed. The flat has a huge lounge with a dining table and sofa.

Kitchen and bathroom are all good with the usual.
An outside area that we hope to turn into a garden seating thing to enjoy the sun and nature easily.

There is only 1 person you share with this flat, the Maximum number of people of this flat is 2. The current flatmate who shares the flat with you is 34 years old female professional sports teacher and full-time Master Early Childhood Study Student.
She is chilling, sporty, and like her own space at times, but always happy to share meals and chat.

There are more than 20+ plants in the flat and some painting which makes the flat more feel jungle home and relaxing. (Plants always make you Happy =D)

There is a little lovely princess called Marble, is a female mixed breed cat. She is quiet, easy-going, and loves people to pet her.

Would like someone that wants the feeling of a home, not just a room to sleep in. Easy to get along with and relaxing. Happy to welcome any pet into the house.

It’s near Ladywell Field, and directly beside hilly fields both of which spoil you for green areas alongside the usual collection of sports open to the public. Ladywell itself is a lovely little place with a small village feel close to local ,local pub and good takeaway shops.

2mins -walk to Ladywell station (7/8ish minutes to London bridge)
15mins-walk to Brockley station (great for east London connections) (7/8ish minutes to London bridge)

The room is of great value. Large double bedroom, £785per month included all bills ( water, electricity, gas, and council tax).

Looking for a like-minded person who enjoys relaxing at home and wishes to be comfortable to get away from the hectic life outside. Cooking and growing plants is a huge bonus
