3 housemates moving at the end of June as tenancy has come to an end. New house mates will enter a new 6-12 month contract with me beginning July 1st. This is a 5 bed house but the landlord prefers just 4 tenants, so there’s is a spare room for guests, storage etc. All rooms furnished with bed, wardrobe and/or chest of drawers. Please note, the below prices do not include bills which are usually around £120 per person, per month (everything seemed to have shot up recently!)

Medium double £560
Large double - £650
