Large double room by a park

Available from 1st November for between 6 to 15 months. You would be sharing with one other person (me!). I am a poet, artist and museum technician, and out at work 5 days a week. This is a queer friendly space :)

Description:

Large double room in a second floor flat with views out to wide leafy gardens and the peaceful Lewisham Park. Dual aspect, shared bathroom, well equipped kitchen, very large shared front room. Part furnished: I can remove some furniture if you don't need them, but the wardrobe and the bed need to stay. Large wardrobe with hanging space. Wifi and all bills included.

You are welcome to grow food and other things in the shared garden, I have just got into plants and have been learning what flowers are best for pollinators. I hang bird feeders in the windows in winter and there's a lovely variety of birds here.

I'm generally quiet in the evening and asleep by 10.30. I'm out late to perform a few times a month. I'm looking for someone respectful and possibly in the creative industries.

Please tell me as much as you like about yourself, including your work routine and how much you work at home. No full-time home workers please.

The most important thing for me is that the house-share is chilled and cheerful so I will be chatting with lots of people before making a decision.

Sorry but no smoking, no pets, no couples, no subletting. Artists welcome but no painting, ceramics, printmaking, carving, dyeing, bloodletting ceremonies or fire eating are allowed in the room.

If you need to move in immediately that's possible, but I have a friend staying from 25th - 27th October, so I need the room back for those three nights. I can take money off the first months rent to compensate for this, if you can find somewhere to stay over that weekend.
