Spare Room Available – Friendly House in Ladywell

I have a double room (£750) available in our four-bedroom house, just a 1-minute walk from Ladywell High Street and close to both Ladywell Station (3 mins) and Hilly Fields (5 mins).

I am a live-in landlord and share the house with one other flatmate, who is really lovely and has an en-suite. We both enjoy chatting while cooking but have our own social lives.

I work in a school, and my flatmate occasionally works from home. There is a table downstairs if you need a workspace.

The house has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and American fridge freezer, plus a garden, two living rooms, and a main bathroom. Trains from Ladywell go directly to London Bridge (11 mins), Waterloo East (17 mins), and Charing Cross (19 mins). Lewisham (DLR) and Brockley (Overground) are also within walking distance.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and up for the occasional coffee or glass of wine together.

Rent includes all bills except gas and electricity (under £100/month).

Viewings will take place on Sunday, 2nd March. Move-in date is flexible.
