I have 2 beautiful double room for rent.

Both are double rooms with double beds. It is in a recently renovated house with a large kitchen extension. The rooms are fully furnished with furniture including chest of draws, bed, side table and lamp. They have a light and airy feel and both rooms overlook the garden. The bathroom is also in excellent condition and is shared with one other person.

**The rent is inclusive of Council Tax, Broadband, Water, Gas and Electricity**

We are an all female house, either professionals or students and very friendly. We are looking for women to share with us. Two of us do shift work so aren't often in the house at the same time but always happy to have a chat.

The house is south of the river located in Lewisham - Ladywell part. The area is quiet and has a French patisserie, pizzeria, local pub, fish and chip shop and local village shops. There are two local parks Hilly fields and Ladywell park.

**The house is only 5 mins from Ladywell train station which will get you into Central London very quickly - London Bridge (10 mins), Waterloo (13mins) and Charing Cross (15mins).**

**You can also walk to Lewisham station in 10 mins with the DLR to Canary Wharf, Greenwich and Stratford. There are connections to London Overground to Hackney, Stratford and East London.**

**There are lots of local buses**

*You can walk to Lewisham Hospital in 10 mins.*

*One room is available from 22 August 2025 and the second room is available from 30 September 2025*
