Description
My name is Alberto, Lead Tenant, I work full time with flexible hours. I prefer Whatsup or email (I'm cheap with sms...). Hours for visiting between the other 2 tenants and myself: I would say depending but mainly weekdays from 6 pm and weekends all day but depends of our private life too.
ADVERTISEMENT:
3 mature tenants living within a "2 floored house" (landlord currently building a loft in the attic but in a near future it will become 3 floored house) located near public transport (bus, trains tfl and dlr in Lewisham).
- House located near main street, supermarkets available near by plus good public transport of buses after midnight.
- Ladywell park located 5 minutes walk from the house.
- Big back garden in the property.
- Big kitchen with oven included. 1 Fridge for 2 tenants.
- Living room with Tv Licence.
THE ROOM:
- The Bills are not included but average a month 150£~170£. All bills included but more details about the separate bills will be revealed in person.
- Shared bathroom with 3 tenants (1 tenant only for the shower).
- 2 individual rooms, relatively the same size. Each has 1 window and 1 heater.
- Current room is furnished for an adult, first room like a small private living room (Study desk, proper wheeled chair, shelves and lamps. Unfortunately no sofa); Second room is an ordinary room with double size bed, wardrobe a column shelf and a night table including night lamp.
- Attic located on top of both rooms. Good news: Most of the constructing is located on top of the other rooms and only
half of your attic will be remodeled as well.
FOR THE NEW TENANT:
- Some sort of reference for the landlord regarding professional work or previous landlord. (This is a must for him)
- 1st of each month rent & bills must be paid on time to my bank account please. I pay the landlord one full payment of the rent and as well I pay all the bills except Internet and Tv License still they are included in all the bills.
- What the landlord expects from all his tenants is to comply with his contract which includes cutting the garden every year, maintaining the house in good conditions for any of his surprise visits and paying the rent on time.
