Large double room available in Ladywell SE4 from 26th June in 3 bed house. Rent is £900 (ALL BILLS and Council Tax INCLUDED).

The room is on the first floor at the back of the property overlooking the garden, part furnished with a bed, mattress, desk and hanging rail (however if you have your own furniture, our landlady will empty the room for you).

The house is on a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours, 10 minutes walk from Ladywell and Crofton Park stations (10 min train ride to London Brige, 18 min to Charing Cross).
We have a big dining room/lounge, fully equipped kitchen, shared office space, split toilet/bathroom and large garden.

The current household is Michael 32 who is a professional musician and yoga teacher.
Charlotte 27 is an architect student from Montreal studying in central London.

We have curated a peaceful and wholesome home and would love to find someone on a similar vibe to share the space with ! Ideally someone between 25 and 35, who does not work from home full time. We are both pretty busy and independant, but love an occasional shared meal or beer in the garden 🙂
This is a clean, tidy, non-party house.
We have a lovely private landlord who is always quick to sort issues. We are all on rolling contracts.
