Double Room to rent - Ladywell

Double room to rent in Ladywell (Near Lewisham and Catford). Tenancy to begin in December 2024 (Date can be discussed) and contract terminates in April 2025. I am currently living with 2 lovely female housemates and am trying to find someone to cover the rest of my tenancy as i am having to move due to personal circumstances. The room is in a 3 bed house with 1 shared living room 1 kitchen and 1 spare room for storage, as well as a garden and street parking with a permit. The house is a 5 minute walk to the nearest national rail station, which is a 12 minute train to London bridge. The two girls are both mid 20s professionals so are looking for someone who meets the same description. The house is sociable yet people respect their own privacy and schedules as some need to be up early. Bills are around £120 a month including council tax, water, energy, gas and internet. House is Council tax band D.
