Short term Sublet Sept-Jan in South LDN

I am looking for someone to take over my sublet in Ladywell area (South London) ASAP! I am unfortunately moving out so that I can move onto my narrowboat in Wales and would ideally be gone by 15th Sept.

This is a queer-friendly house on a quiet residential street. The other housemate is a 25 yr old male artist and quite friendly.

The room comes furnished with a corner shelf, mattress, bed frame, curtain rail, clothing rail, a small bin and a rug. There is also a shelf space built into the end of the bed frame which is very handy for storing boxes under.

My original agreement was from Jan-Jan, so this sublet would be from September to the start of January. Rent is £1650, split with one housemate. I pay £825 pm and with bills it is usually £979. Deposit is £100.

Great transport links, with a bus stop at the bottom of the street, Hither Green and Ladywell overground stations 15-20mins walk and a 10 min bus to Lewisham station. There's an ALDI about 5 min walk down the road and lots of parks and green spaces.

There are a few steps up to the door so this would not be accessible for wheelchair users or those with difficulty walking up stairs.

There is a spacious living room and also a cat that comes along with this house! He is the other housmate's and is an indoor/outdoor black cat who is usually quite chill.

Benefits accepted. The landlord does ask that new tenants go to any Foxtons branch and shows a form of ID (usually a passport).
