Room to Rent in Beautiful Apartment in Ladywell

There is a room available in my flat. I work in film / stunts, amongst other things, so can be away for long periods of time, which is more likely the case now, as I'm entering my busy period, so you’ll have the place to yourself, quite a bit. Aside from the room, itself - there is also a separate work area that makes the flat ideal for an artist, or creative person.

The living situation is relaxed. And the surrounding area is nice. My only pre-requisite is that the person is clean and tidy. The room is larger than it looks on this photo for some reason, so I’d advise you to come and take a look.

I'm flexible around the move-in-date, but would like to have someone in the room by the end of September

Ladywell station is a 6 min walk from the flat and the train arrives at London bridge in just under 10 mins, the line continues to Waterloo East and Charing Cross.
