We have a large, comfortable room available in a shared house with 5 other friendly occupants. The room is fully furnished, including a bed, mattress, cupboard, and a table, providing everything you need for a cozy and convenient stay.

The house features two shared bathrooms and toilets, so you’ll never have to wait long, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for cooking and meal preparation. You’ll be sharing the house with flatmates who are respectful and tend to mind their own business but are always up for a chat and willing to help out when needed, especially with parcels and deliveries.

One of the highlights of the property is the lovely garden area, perfect for relaxing or socializing when the weather is nice. You would be taking over my share of the room, and the transfer will need to go through the agent managing the property. However, this process is usually straightforward and quick.
