Double bed available in 2 bed flat - Near Lewisham

Hi there! We have a double bedroom coming available in our 2 bed flat in November.

The flat is located on a nice residential street and has been redone recently, so has a nice homely feel. It's roughly 10 minutes walk from either St John's station or Lewisham Station just down the road, with plenty of shops and a big Asda or Tescos, plus some nice local pubs and parks (hilly fields is just round the corner).

The room is quite small, but has a double bed, a fixed wardrobe, chest of drawers and some shelving, and also a nice view over the gardens of the neighbourhood.

You'll be sharing with Zak (32) who has been in the flat for over a year and knows the local area a scene pretty well.

The price doesn't include bills and a deposit is required, plus referencing with the estate agents. We're looking to do viewings ASAP, so please get in touch if you have any questions or if you're interested.
