Double room in large flat available Sept / Oct

Room is a nice sized double, full furnished (but furniture can stay or go)

The flat is enormous for just two people - we have a huge lounge, kitchen, garden and the best bath ever we are also opposite Hilly Fields park!.

Room not available to couples as the tenancy is no longer for a multi occupancy household and we can only have 2 tenants total on the lease.

Living with me Claire, 35, freelance creative.
I’m out of the flat a fair amount, but would like to get to know my new flatmate and share the flat and the odd meal etc.
I climb and swim regularly and like to host dinners at the flat with friends.

This flat will not be appropriate for anyone who doesn’t like dogs as I sometimes dog sit for friends.

There is a private bike shed out the front, and on street parking.
