Studio Tenancy Takeover London

Hi, I have a student studio accommodation at Yara Lewisham (private kitchen + bathroom) for £285 a week in London and I am looking for a replacement tenant. However, payment must be in full (not installments - it can be paid by someone else on your behalf). It's right next to a train station and bus stops, a Sainsbury's, local cafe and other shops.

I don't have picture of the bathroom at the moment - it includes a sink, shelf, toilet and shower. The bedroom also has a tall wardrobe, shoerack and coatrack.
