Double Room Available from January

Hi,

We have a double room available from January until June/July. The room is bright, spacious and has two wardrobes for storage.

We have a large Garden out the back, which we often use for BBQ’s etc.

You will be living with 3 lovely 24-26 year old girls in a 4 bedroom house in Ladywell.

Bills will be spilt between the 4 of the tenants roughly £50 a month (in winter).
