A fully furnished room in Ladywell is available starting the week of December 16th, with rent (including bills) at £933 per month.

The house is shared with two friendly Australian professionals (both 26-year-old males), and it’s fully equipped for comfortable living. The room includes storage space with a wardrobe, pull-out drawers, a desk, and a mounted TV.

The house features two bathrooms; as this room is on the ground floor, you’ll share the downstairs bathroom with just one other room. There’s also a washing machine and a fully kitted kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need.

The location is fantastic—just a 1-minute walk from Ladywell station and right across from a stunning park. There’s also a nearby high street with all the essentials you might need.

This is a minimum 4-month sublease, with the potential for extension depending on the occupant's return date.
