I have a lovely double room available in my two-bedroom Victorian garden flat in Ladywell. Single occupancy only.

The flat is quiet, clean and relaxed – ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable London base during the week.

The room is bright and well-sized, with lovely furniture including a chest of drawers and wardrobe, offering plenty of storage. There is space to add a desk if needed.

All bills are included, along with WiFi and Sky TV.

Ladywell has a great community feel with independent shops, restaurants and a lovely local pub, and the station is just a 5-minute walk away. Trains run regularly into central London – London Bridge in 10 minutes and Charing Cross in 20.

The flat also benefits from a private garden which is perfect for unwinding after work.

This is a genuine Monday – Friday let, as I do occasionally use the room for visiting family and friends at weekends, so it would best suit someone looking for a weekday base in London. Room rate negotiable for less nights.

On-street parking is available (permit required – happy to advise).
