Tesco express is a 3min walk - with Aldi, big Tesco and Lidl all within a 10min walk from the flat. Large selection of buses towards lewisham + new cross and Shoreditch  station - lewisham station is a 20min walk (10mins on bus!) that connects you across the city in about 20mins
You also have ladywell station and catford + catford bridge station 12 minute walk from both.
