It's a 6 bed house and the room is located on the 1st floor. It comes furnished with a double bed, large desk and built in wardrobes with loads of storage.

2 rooms have ensuite baths so you'll only be sharing the large bright bathroom with separate bath tub and shower with 4 others. The kitchen it very bit with a small dinning area at the end of it that leads into the garden.

The deposit is 1 months rent and you will also need to be earning £31k or more.
