3 bedrooms going in Ladywell house

Our contract is coming to an end and I'm looking for three replacement flatmates to move in at the start of June.

Things are moving very quickly, so we'll be looking to have viewings ideally this weekend. Serious enquiries only!

Due to the estate agent's requirements I can unfortunately ONLY accept flatmates in full-time employment and who are able to show that they earn above 21,000 a year.

About the rooms:

All rooms are UNFURNISHED! (With the exception of the living room which will still have a sofa).

All prices are WITHOUT BILLS - those come to £75-100 p/m

Room 1 (small): £600 p/m - space for a single bed and a desk, requires some ingenuity but you can make this work (apologies for the mess in the photo)
Room 2 (small): £650 p/m - space for a double bed and a desk
Room 3 (large): £775 p/m - plenty of space and light

There's a fully kitted kitchen with dining space, a small living room, and a (pretty wild) garden.
