This house is in a cosy corner of South London with lots of delightful cafes, shops and pubs. The property is nestled between Hilly Fields and Ladywell Fields so there is lots of green space to escape the hustle and bustle. This is a four-bedroom house with two bathrooms and a WIP garden. You will be living with three other women, and we are looking for a friendly female occupant for the room who is between the ages of 25 - 30. Please note, due to the volume of interest we anticipate, we will only be able to respond to those who match this criteria. We are all good friends, often eating together or attending each other's gigs, but equally respectful of space. We are looking for someone kind, cooperative, who is willing to stick to our cleaning rota and contribute to our supportive homely vibe.

The room is downstairs and has its own door to the garden. The room comes furnished and our landlord is very accommodating regarding any changes you may like to make. A deposit of £250 is required and the rent is £550, bills are approximately £100 a month (Council Tax Band C).

This room is available from 1st August 2025, with some flexibility if required.

Morgan: 28, a singer/songwriter who is Ladywell royalty, running a weekly open mic night
at a local pub, a cheerful soul who can turn tofu into chocolate mousse
