We’re looking for a sociable, clean, and tidy new housemate to join our lovely shared home in Ladywell!

🛏️ The Room:
• Large furnished double room complete with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Plenty of room for a large desk, as can be seen in pictures, so ideal if you work from home.

✨ The House:
• Spacious communal areas – perfect for relaxing, cooking together or hosting friends
• Enormous, sunny garden – pre-equipped with BBQs and fire pits for the summer!
• The available bedroom shares a bathroom with just two others
• Bills come to approximately £85 per month

📍 Location:
• Just a 5-minute walk to Ladywell Station – with direct trains into London Bridge in 12 minutes
• A 20-minute stroll to Brockley, giving you easy access to Canada Water, Shoreditch and more

👯 The Housemates:
You’ll be living with 4 friendly professionals – 2 guys and 2 girls. We enjoy spending time together cooking, heading to the local pub, and the occasional day out or house dinner. We’re a sociable bunch but also respectful of each other’s space. We are all genuine friends and not just housemates so would be ideally would be looking for the same.

There is also another room that we are looking to fill in the home so in total will be 6 housemates.

🗓️ Availability & Contract:
• 12-month contract starting mid-August, but there’s flexibility to move in earlier if needed
• Our landlord is local and super responsive to any issues
