Professional Female, looking for housemate!

Hi! I'm a bar manager in central london, and manage musicians at a record label. I'm quite chilled and laid back, but keep the flat clean! I am looking to move into this property around the 19th of November and would like a housemate! I'm looking for someone LGBT/Lgbt friendly, also someone chill and friendly. I'm rarely in the flat as I work quite a lot, but appreciate a coffee and a catch up from time to time! I keep myself to myself on days off, usually going to do more work (I sound like a work-aholic ?!) at a nearby cafe!

Situated just a stone's throw from Ladywell rail station, with great connections in to the city of London and beyond; this one double bedroom, split-level flat is arranged over the first and 2nd floor, above a small parade of vibrant and trendy shops. The flat consists of a living room that is a really good size, you will also find both the kitchen and the bathroom also on this level, Stairs then lead up to the top floor where you will then find the huge double bedroom. Ladywell is a vibrant, cosmopolitan area popular among young families and professionals. It has a village-like feel with a high street made up of a variety of independent shops. Ladywell Fields is nearby which this leads onto the scenic Water Link way, ideal for a Sunday afternoon bike ride or stroll.

It is SUPER close to the station, but not close enough not be loud (I currently live on the same road as this flat so i know!) and the nearby cafes (30 second walk MAX) are amazing. Ladywell is a brilliant place to live, it feels like a rural village but you can get to central London direct in less than 30mins so it's the best of all worlds! There are 3/4 parks nearby and great transport links!
