Double room in sociable young professional house

Double Room Available in Sociable, Professional House – From late January!

I have a large double room available as I’m moving out with my boyfriend. The house is shared with six young professionals, two guys and three girls most of whom have been living here for around three years. Two of the housemates work from home.

The house is super clean and homely, with a sociable vibe sometimes we cook dinner together or do small social events, but everyone also has their own groups. You’d be sharing a bathroom with two people and have access to a large garden.

The area is very safe with a strong community feel. Transport links are excellent: London Bridge is 10 minutes away by train, the nearest train station is a 5-minute walk, and the overground is a 10-minute walk.

Bills are not included but usually come to around £100/month.

The tenancy runs until August 2026, and the cost to swap names will be £50, which will be paid for.
