* Your Room: A beautiful, bright double room (as pictured - the one with the light green walls and white furniture) with ample natural light.

* The Flat: A large and characterful property, two floors, beautifully decorated with bright colors, plants, and distinctive design features.

* Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your culinary adventures. Appliances include a dishwasher, tumble dryer, food processor, air fryer, and coffee machine - everything you need!

* Private Bathroom: The flat has two bathrooms. You would have the primary use of the downstairs bathroom and its facilities! I don’t use it to shower.

* Spare bedroom & office: I work from home a few days a week but have a private office space. This also doubles as a spare room which you’re welcome to use if you occasionally have guests staying over for a weekend !

* Cleanliness & general maintenance: We have a professional cleaner once a week (including cleaning your room if you want that!), but keeping the home clean and tidy in between visits is absolutely a must. This includes taking care of appliances we share and also watering plants occasionally!

🐱 Cheddar & Brie: Our Furry Overlords
We are home to two very friendly British Shorthair cats, Cheddar and Brie, who are always eager for cuddles and attention.

Important that you like animals and understand that they can be a pain in the ass occasionally. I am looking for someone who is absolutely down for taking care of the cats when necessary - feeding them, changing their litter (I have a robot litter tray so this is very low maintenance and genuinely required only if im away) , and just generally showering them with love if I am ever away! You need to be a genuine animal lover and happy to share your space with two adorable, demanding companions.

🤝 About Me & The Vibe
I work in AI and am a big fan of trance and techno (you might find me at the occasional rave - although feel a bit old for it now 😆) aside from that I like cooking for friends, playing piano, doing exercise / yoga and going to queer meet ups. Always up for trying new stuff and hanging out!

I am queer and would strongly prefer another queer housemate or at least someone who is very cool and comfortable with that.

I'm looking for a housemate, not just a room tenant. I really want someone who is down for hanging out - whether it's cooking dinner together, watching a movie, or going out.
