Flora (29) is an art therapist trainee from London working in an SEN school & for a charity, relaxed and friendly. Likes exploring the area on bike, seeing live music & making stuff.

Esther (35) is a community organiser working locally for a charity. South East Asian (and very friendly Geordie)! Recently finished an environmental politics MA at SOAS, enjoys singing, dancing, and exploring new spots in nature.

We are looking for (ideally):

- Woman (or non binary / trans)
- 28+ years old

-Deposit of £1083
-Local friendly landlords
- No pets or smoking indoors
- Contract until August ‘27 with a £50 break clause
- Reference check*

*The landlords do a reference check, they ideally need someone with one+ of the following:
- a proven income of c.28k+/year
- a scholarship for the next two years.
- Or a UK-based guarantor if none of the above apply
