We are a busy creative family living in Ladywell Lewisham. We have two kids and a dog.
Our neighbourhood is friendly and committed to sustainability (you can join in with Community Gardening monthly if you want- no pressure)
We've had students living with us before.
Close to Ladywell station (less than 5mins) and buses (Goldsmiths, Greenwich, Ravensbourne well connected as are Central London universities)
Evening meal is offered and can be saved for you (included) or you can cook for yourself.
There are washing machines and dryers as part of the complex.
Perfect if you want a calm room in a family home to chill, study and do your own thing.
This won't be the place for you if want to host parties.
You are welcome to go out to enjoy Londons nightlife. We have a great local pub called the Fox and Firkin.
Bills and wifi included.
Council Tax Band D- Students are exempt.
