The flat is 4 bedrooms and newly refurbished. Cheapest rent ive seen in the area for a beautfiul flat, lots of space and lovely housemates. Only 10 minute walk to Lewisham town centre where there is the train station for Overground and DLR, Glass Mill Leisure Centre & Gym. Also, worth noting it is less than 20 second walk to a pub, waheyy!

Its currently myself living in the property with 2 girls, they are moving out on the last day of June.

I am continuing with the tenancy with a friend but have one more room available. Were both 22 year old guys, i am a student from Bournemouth University on placement year and my friend works in sales in London (boringg).

We are preferably looking for a smoker, or someone who is tolerable of such activities! Someone around the same age, with similar interests so we can hang out, party and have a great summer!
