Required tenants: We would like someone who takes pride in their home. It is a 2 min walk to Lewisham Hospital so it might suit hospital staff.

Ladywell Station (excellent link to London Bridge in 8/9mins)is a 5 min walk and Lewisham Station is about 10/15 min walk but there are buses also at the end of the road.

The area is a mix of owners and council tenants who are very friendly and the area feels very safe and active. They can some times be a little noisy but welcome us telling them when its too much.
